With over 50 years combined experience and close to a billion dollars in transactions, the partners at KDCRE are highly experienced, focused, and determined in serving our clients’ best interest. David W. Knott
Principal & Managing Partner
Background & Experience
Mr. Knott is a partner and founding Principal of KD Commercial Real Estate, LLC. He has over 28 years of experience in commercial real estate. Most recently, he held positions as the Managing Director at NAI Merin Hunter Codman and was a Principal at a commercial real estate firm in Palm Beach Gardens. Prior to that, he specialized in commercial transactions and financial analysis for a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) in Rockville, Maryland. He has been involved in countless numbers of sale and lease transactions with total consideration exceeding $750 million. He represents large institutional clients as well as individual private clients. Mr. Knott’s specialties include complex sale contract and lease negotiations, detailed financial analysis, site selection, seller and buyer representation, tenant and landlord representation, acquisitions and dispositions and property management. Ryan R. Dinsdale, CCIM

Background & Experience
Mr. Dinsdale is a partner and founding Principal of KD Commercial Real Estate, LLC. He has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. Most recently, he held positions as the Director of the Investment Services Group at NAI Merin Hunter Codman, Inc. and as a commercial associate with Applefield Waxman Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. Previous to his career in commercial real estate, Mr. Dinsdale owned a title/abstracting company that served clients from Miami to Saint Lucie County, which he sold in 2005. Mr. Dinsdale is the recipient of the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and has been awarded the CoStar Power Broker Award. Mr. Dinsdale has handled every type of complex lease and sale transaction imaginable. Noah's professional journey began with several years of experience in property management, where he successfully managed a diverse portfolio of industrial warehouses and office spaces encompassing 250,000 square feet. His responsibilities included overseeing accounts, implementing efficient systems, and driving tenant satisfaction. Through his hands-on experience, Noah developed strong operational and management skills, ensuring the seamless performance and optimization of commercial properties.
In his current role at KD Commercial Real Estate, Noah utilizes his financial analysis skills, market knowledge, and practical experience to provide exceptional service to clients. He specializes in investment sales, landlord representation leasing, and strategic advisory services. Noah works closely with clients to identify lucrative investment opportunities, conduct thorough evaluations, and provide comprehensive recommendations. Additionally, he actively supports landlords in securing high-quality tenants, negotiating favorable lease terms, and optimizing property occupancy.

Kevin Buckley

Kevin comes from a Tech sales background. He started out selling networking and cybersecurity solutions to the federal government in 2019. He went on to an e-Commerce startup in Jupiter, Florida in 2021. Kevin has experience working with customers in multiple countries and managing territories throughout the United States.
Kevin is a licensed real estate sales associate with KD Commercial Real Estate, LLC. He is specializing in Office and Industrial Real estate in Palm Beach county and the neighboring counties.

J. Brad Rowell, LCAM
Director of Property Management
Background & Experience
Mr. Rowell is the Director of Property Management of KD Commercial Property Management, LLC. He has over 15 years of senior management experience in facilities and properties from West Palm Beach to Miami. Most recently, he held the position as Property Manager at KW Property Management & Consulting; where he managed a large homeowners association spanning two cities consisting of 35 communities, 3,100 units & 10,000 residents. Previous to his career in community association management, Mr. Rowell held the position as Senior Facilities Manager at SP Plus Corporation. He assisted improving revenues and reducing expenses at properties while maintaining a first-class parking experience to aviation, commercial, hospitality, healthcare and governmental clients across South Florida. Mr. Rowell’s attention to detail with the delivery of property information, contract negotiations and follow-through are considered to be his strengths, earning the loyalty and confidence of his clients.
